Packaging Guidelines:
Please Read Carefully Before Shipping
Please use strong, rigid, appropriate boxes per the consignment's weight. Ensure the packages have no punctures or cracks and their flaps are intact.
Use new boxes if possible – if you are using old/used packages, make sure there are no old/previous shipping signs or markings that do not apply to the current box being shipped.
Peel off or properly cancel all old labels and shipping markings.
Make sure that every individual item, which is delicate, is packed separately with bubble wrap.
Please make sure enough cushioning materials/packing peanuts between all the items.
Use quality packaging tape, not strings, to hold and secure the package.
Print the label with the full names, addresses, and phone numbers of the consigner and the consignee and attach it to the package from where it is visible.
Ensure your Sender and recipient information is complete and entered, or the carrier may charge you a fee for address correction, etc.
Do not cover or overwrite the Sender or Recipient information.
Stay within the maximum weight specification of the packaging box(es) used.
Please don't tape or wrap over the labels.
Make sure that warning shipping labels like “Fragile,” “Do Not Bend,” “Caution,” and others are appropriately placed at prominent places as per the contents of the package.
ALL PACKING IS DONE AT THE SENDER’S/CONSIGNOR’S RISK AS WE OFFER PACKING AND TAPING SERVICE – WE CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR THE BOX & MATERIAL WE SELL.
